Clean all the Snow House Lot Walkthrough
A street-by-street clear so the percentage hits 100% instead of dying on a porch.
This walkthrough is for the original suburban lot in Clean all the Snow — the red-brick house, white garage, pine trees, and driveway that official thumbnails show as a before-and-after. The School Map has its own page. Here the goal is simple: convert a white property into black asphalt and brown porch boards without leaving counted snow in the weeds.
Read getting started if you still have only a shovel. Read controls if E is a mystery. This page assumes you can dump a bag.
Route philosophy
Work near to far, then edges to center, then a slow lap. Players who spiral randomly spend the last three minutes hunting a 1% clump under a mailbox. Players who finish a zone before unlocking the next one always know which street still owes snow.
Dump often. A full Vacuum tank that you carry across the lot is dead time. The timer does not care that your canister looks cool.
Zone 1 — Spawn driveway and curb
Clear the asphalt in lanes with shovel or Snow Blower. Vacuum the curb and the strip against the garage door. Official after-shots show a fully black driveway; if yours is still speckled, the counter still sees it. Do not walk onto the lawn until this rectangle is done.
Buy Vacuum here if you have not. See the tool tier list.
Zone 2 — Front porch, steps, and fence line
Porch snow hides in corners and under railings. Crouch the camera. Shovel beats blower here. Fence bottoms eat percentage. Run the entire fence once, not three panicked loops at 98%.
If you play co-op, one player owns the porch, one owns the fence. Do not both Molotov the lawn.
Zone 3 — Side yard and bins
Unlocks usually open a side path. Clear it immediately so you do not forget it exists. Bins and vents in this game are both dump points and visual clutter; after dumping, glance behind them. Snow stuck on the far side of a bin is a classic 99% fail.
Zone 4 — Back lot and the giant mound
Thumbnails love a mountain of snow. That mound is a Molotov or Plow problem, not a shovel problem. If you do not own those tools, chip the edges with Vacuum and dump in cycles. Do not throw Molotov toward a teammate’s dump pile or you scatter counted flakes onto a clean driveway.
Zone 5 — Newly unlocked street
When the map expands, do not abandon Zone 1–4. Peek the new street, note dump points, then finish the old porch if anything respotted. Only then lane-clear the new asphalt. Repeat until the percentage is 100, not “looks done.”
Normal versus Secret on this lot
A story finish with leftover snow is the Normal Ending path. A true 100% is Secret. If the timer is about to die at 92%, dump whatever you are carrying and sprint edges, not the center you already cleaned. Resetting is smarter than a sloppy 96% if you still have time tonight.
Tool swaps mid-route
- Vacuum for fences, porches, car skirts.
- Snow Blower for driveway lanes.
- Plow for the last wide street.
- Molotov for the decorative mountain.
- Shovel as the tweezers.
Gamepass shortcuts are listed under gamepasses. Codes, when they exist, should be redeemed before Zone 3 so you are not in a menu on a new street. See how to redeem.
After this lot
Run the same discipline on the School Map: wings of the building instead of porch and fence. Keep a copy of the checklist open. Patch changes to dump points will land in updates.
If leftover snow still mocks you, it is almost always camera height, not a hidden quest. Lower the camera, walk the property line, and only then believe the 100%.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to the most common questions.
Why am I stuck at 97%?
Fence bottoms, porch corners, or behind bins. Re-walk edges as described above, then read secret ending.
Should I unlock the next street early?
Only after the current rectangle is clean. The beginner guide explains why percentage is global.
What tool for the giant mound?
Molotov or Snow Plow. Rankings on the tool tier list.
Does co-op change the route?
Same zones, split ownership. See co-op.
