Getting Started in Clean all the Snow
Your first driveway, first tool, and first dump — before the store closes.
Clean all the Snow throws you into a Roblox neighborhood that a blizzard just buried. The pitch from ChainLemonade Studios is a joke with a timer attached: you are out of toilet paper, the shop is still open, and you cannot leave until the snow is gone. Under that joke is a tight loop. Scrape snow, earn Cash, buy a better tool, unlock the next street, watch a percentage tick, and either finish a Normal Ending or push to 100% for the Secret Ending. This page is the first-hour plan.
If you need button mappings, jump to controls. If you already own a Vacuum, skip to the walkthrough. Codes, if any exist later, sit on the codes hub.
What the first minute is for
You spawn with a shovel. It is slow and honest. Do not run across the whole lot looking for a secret door. Stand on the nearest drift, hold the action, and fill whatever bag the tutorial gives you. Dump at the highlighted bin, vent, or pile-off point as soon as it is full. Early Cash is the only thing that buys a Vacuum or Snow Blower, and those two tools are the difference between a relaxed run and a red timer.
The official description is not flavor text. There is a timer. There are locked map parts. Hitting 100% is a real badge condition. Treat the opening driveway as a shop fund, not as the whole game.
First purchases (do this in order)
- Vacuum — first-person sucker that stores snow in a tank. Official art even shows an E VACUUM prompt. Great for paths and tight fences.
- Snow Blower — pushes snow in a line toward dump points. Better on open asphalt.
- Bag / Max Capacity — only after you hate walking back empty.
- Snow Plow — wide closer for late streets, not a spawn buy.
- Molotov — Robux or late Cash for huge mounds. Do not spend your first coins here.
Full rankings live in the tool tier list and gamepasses. If a code appears, spend it on step 1 or 2, then get back to work. The shop does not pause the blizzard.
How progress actually unlocks
Clear enough of the starter lot and a gate, fence gap, or street cone opens. That is the “unlock new parts of the map” line from the Roblox page. Players fail here by rushing into the new zone while the old porch is still 4% dirty. The percentage is global. A beautiful new street does not erase a dirty gutter behind you. Sweep edges, then advance.
Co-op helps. Servers hold up to 12 players. Two people on opposite fences is faster than six people stacked on one drift. Read co-op before you invite a full squad that tramples the same tile.
Timer, endings, and when to reset
A finished story beat can still be a Normal Ending. The Secret Ending wants a full clear. If the timer is already yellow and you are at 70% with no Vacuum, reset and buy faster. A messy 80% teaches less than a clean 100% on a second try. Badge names on Roblox are literal: SECRET ENDING!, NORMAL ENDING!, and School Ending for the September map.
Common first-run mistakes
- Chasing the giant decorative mound in the thumbnail before you own a tool that can chew it.
- Ignoring dump points until the bag is overflowing and movement stutters.
- Standing in the shop reading gamepasses while snow you already piled drifts back into a counted zone.
- Mixing this game up with incremental shovel simulators. There is no rebirth tree here; it is a story clear with upgrades.
- Using a script on day one and calling it a tutorial. Learn the loop first.
A 15-minute checklist
Use the in-wiki checklist if you want a copy-paste list. Short version:
- Shovel the spawn driveway until you can afford Vacuum or Snow Blower.
- Unlock the next street only after porches and fence lines on the current street are clean.
- Leave Molotov for the last ugly pile.
- If you still have time, push for 100% and read secret ending between runs.
- Next session, try the School Map.
That is enough to stop dying in the tutorial blizzard. Everything else is routing, friends, and not getting greedy in the shop.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to the most common questions.
What should I buy first?
Vacuum or Snow Blower. Rankings are on the tool tier list.
Does the timer pause in the shop?
Treat it as live. Buy fast, then return to the walkthrough route.
Can I finish without Robux?
Yes. Gamepasses are shortcuts. The secret ending is a 100% clear, not a receipt.
Is this the same as Clean all the leaves?
No. Same genre, different studio, map, and badges. Start from this guides hub.
